Being Connected to Everything Sucks…

Being connected to everything is dieing a slow death. Literally, it can drive a person crazy. Let’s think about this for alittle bit. A lot of people that I know have a cell phone (with or without a camera), camera, ipod/mp3 player, and internet connection. That is all that a person needs to be connected to friends, family, the world, and gadgets. Which, to me is the problem, the reasons are not much, but they are detrimental. Think about being connected to 2-3 social networks, texting old and new friends, don’t forget that you have to update your ipod with new songs and audio books, I have to take my camera with me to take a picture of my friends, check email at least 20 times a day, and the list goes on.

It’s All A Waste of Time…

We waste so much time doing shit we don’t care about or things we think we need to do. We waste time at work checking email atleast 30 times a day (well I do), watching too much tv, spending time with stupid people, surfing the internet, and whatever else you might be wasting time doing. Over the past couple of months I have been cutting useless activities from my routine and also people that I have grown away from. Now that I have done this I am still wasting time. I am wasting time thinking what to do with my time. It is truely amazing how much time I have after cutting out junk and now I have to spend more time doing things that I like, trying new things, and just living life.

1 Year Anniversary

Well it has been a year since I started blogging and all I can say right now is wow. I didn’t know where it was going to go and have learned so much about myself and other people in my world, on and offline. The blog has changed so much of what I write about, but things usually go in the direction of my mood and feel that my life is going. With that said tomorrow should be a great blog post on the mind set I plan to approach business and my life in general, so stay tuned for that. There are so many post that I enjoy to read that I have written. Take a look at my old post.

It’s Over for the Mavs…

I am mixed with emotions, but for the most part I am thrilled with the outcome of the Mavs vs. Warriors series. As Steve Kerr said, “I don’t know if I am to feel bad for a 67 game winning team during the regular season”, well something like that, but it really sucks for the mavs. All that effort and this is what the outcome turns out to. Sadly to say the only people at fault is the Dallas Mavericks and only them. There are things that we can’t control, but there is still tons of things that we have full control over in our lives.
